MY NAME IS . . . Sebastian Mayfair, but most folk just call me Doc

AND I AM A . . . Medical Doctor specializing in Dentistry

WHAT'S BEEN KEEPING YOU AWAKE? Teeth. If I close my eyes they gnash at me. So many teeth. So strong and sharp . . .

WHAT JUST HAPPENED TO YOU? I was in my practice. Routine cleaning. And right there in my chair, the fellow just changed. His face went black and featureless except for a gaping maw of gleaming teeth lunging at me as a boy and bicycle made of newsprint shouted, "Extra, Extra! Patient Eats Dentist!"

I stabbed him over and over with the dental instrument in my hand. Blood everywhere. No black face. No Paper Boy. Just my patient. Dead by my hand.

WHAT'S ON THE SURFACE? Scrawny doctor fellow with a nervous demanor.

WHAT LIES BENEATH? Viciously self preserving sociopath that will put out the life of another to preserve his own without a thought.

WHAT IS YOUR PATH? Rendering toothless anything that might bite me, bringing people to the pacifistic worldview of those who must subsist on pudding.

WHAT DO YOU DESIRE MOST? Peace and safety and an utter freedom from fear.

I Can Fix That: A tinkerer in his spare time, Doc has an uncanny knack for fixing or breaking things - especially things with lots of moving parts - whether he has proper tools for the job or not.

MADNESS TALENT

Psychic Dentistry: Doc can use his madness talent to make harmless that which seeks to harm him. With psychic pliers and metaphysical files he can grind down blades or bullets to harmless dust and infect his foes with pain and rot.

[1-2 Dice] Simple weapons and hazards arrayed against him can be reformed into useless chaff and madenning pain settles in those arrayed against him.

[3-4 Dice] Threats that might hazard a city block can be neutralized and infection and rot set into the wielders of those threats.

[5-6 Dice] Neutralize threats no matter the size. Rot and decay infests the very spirit and being of whatever stood against him.
