Cyriel Endelkar

A lean, charismatic man of 40, and First Citizen of Ockless, he runs the mercantile business(es) of Ockless. He's made inroads into trading with the other citadels, rivaling Joh Mith, and he also controls all trade to and from Southport. He has the contract for supplying the Fioran troops in the citadel, in addition to providing many mainland luxuries for King and Queen. He lives in a walled compound outside the city, guarded by his own private mercenaries. He is almost certainly the richest man in Ockless now, and apparently does not entirely trust his safety to the guards employed the king and queen.
