Oakwood

This is the wealthiest part of the city. It is an independent city sandwiched between the larger municipalities of Dayton and Kettering.

Factions

Oakwood Cult There is an old cult that operates out of this area of the city. They are very secretive and are rumored to control the city government. Not much is known about their goals. Much of their power seems to come from wealth and political connections. Their main meeting place is the Patterson Home Stead.

White Court Vampires The largest concentration of White Court Vampires in this region as well.

Sites of Interest

Wright Library Said to house a private collection of arcane and magical tombs. Only available for access with special permission (likely from the Cult).
