The Elites are Members of First Legion, First Cohort-Elites. They act as guards in the Castle Amber, as personal protective personnel for royals and in Embassies.
Elites often serve as messengers for the crown. Entrance into the Elites bestows one of the lower orders of Knighthood in Amber.
