Engineer

She was a high-tech scavenger and she was on the prowl. She had learned that in the old abandoned warehouse there was a stash of technical equipment. The warehouse had a security system on it that would put most business to shame. The rumors must be true. She slid down her wire and into the warehouse, she was promptly captured by the robotic guards.

At that exact moment the Champions were enjoying their most resent victory, against Mechanon. The robot lay there all but destroyed. Little did the heroes know that the electronic brain was at that second sending a command to one of its safe houses to construct a new body.

The signal was received, but the signal was a little damaged. The local computer did rebuild Mechanon, but instead of using the set pieces of equipment, it used the materials closer at hand, the human intruder.

The transformation was not an easy one, the machines had to constantly monitor the living body so that Mechanon would not be rebuild and dead. The computer also had to reprogram the human so that it would carry out the programming of the original.

The Engineer awoke to find that she could control machines from a distance and set about exterminating all life on earth, except for herself, that was a problem as at first she tried to kill herself, but then came to the realization that she was not Mechanon but she still deserved to live, as she was a "child" of Mechanon.
