Once he had been one of the bright light lights in the European congress. He dreamed of the day that all of European great cultures would be united into a new would power, a power that was strong enough to bring Pease and progress to all humanity. His impassioned plea for that unity, the gateway to a brighter tomorrow, was one of the bright spots in the Euro congressional debates. But his dreams were shattered when his reelection campaign became embroiled in slander, scandal, and dirty tricks. Subsequent investigation showed that a rogue soviet agent was responsible for the scandal, it didn't matter, his reputation had been destroyed.

What happens to the dreamer when the dream dies a hard death? One of two things. He can pick himself up off the ground and work to make the dream come true. Or he can become bitter. He became a very bitter man. He realized that his dream was a stupid one, European unity? It was like putting together colonies of red and black ants. In other countries, terrorist took great pride in the death of women and children. Red ants. Black ants. Across Europe, wasted youth divided themselves into football tribes, injuring dozens annually because teams of skinny men punted a ball around a small field. Black ants. Red ants. Europe didn't want unity. They wanted to be divided into there factions. The people found comfort in their smallness and savagery.

He had tasted chocolate ants once. He didn't know if they were red ants or black ants, but he was sure they tasted the same.

When he next appeared , he had changed dramatically. His once handsome face was now a twisted and scarred, rumors that it was a self inflicted wound surfaced, he just ignored these reports. He had trained himself in the art of destruction. If Europe would not accept unity from a voice of reason, he would crush it under the fist of destruction. If madness was all that red and black ants understood, he would show them the terror of his private asylum. He, and a group of other anti-socials, which he named Eurostar. They would crush the red ants and the black ants alike under their feet. The world would come to fear FIACHO.

Fiacho is a bitter, determined megalomaniac. Any challenge to his authority will be met with his rage. He will do anything, kill anyone, to satisfy his slightest desire. He plays to win, and winning means killing.
