Green Knight

Some dig sites contained more artifacts of ancient times then others and it looked like this site was all played out. He had come out this way as some manuscripts pointed to this being the site of a massive battle between armies of armored knights, but the site was empty.

How could such a site be devoid of all remains? The manuscripts said that the greatest knight lead an assault against the gathered forces of three kingdoms. It did not make sense, he must have the wrong location. He went and sat down next to an old tree to have his lunch. The tree was very comfortable and he decided to take a nap. He laid down beneath the tree and looking into the sky he saw a shining object up in the tree trunk, after investigation he saw that the object had been wrapped around the trunk and the tree had almost overgrown the ..... pendant. He took out his knife and cut the pendant free from the trunk and studied it.

He eventually put it around his neck and a wonderful suit of armor appeared in him, all except for the head. He was a headless suit of armor. It did give him great strength and the armor formed weapons out of energy. The armor also took over his mind. He was going to continue the predecessors quest to be come the greatest knight in the world. The armor must be activated once a day or the archeologist would slowly start to die.
