I had a hell of a time trying to decide which stat to put the -1 in. Since a frontline titan-slayer is dependent on a lot of stats just to survive, I put the stat into Awareness. He's good at getting out of the way, he's good at keeping his cool, and he's very good at putting blades into things. He's not the best at eyeing up situations, and if he ends up getting grabbed, he's more than likely to end up getting hurt again, if he survives.

If Leon survives, he's likely to become a Warrior. He entered into the military for one reason and one reason only -- taking the fight to the Titans.
