Lionslayer

He was a Zulu. What that meant was that his blood was that of a warrior, not of cattle. The thought of his ancestors loosing the land that they ruled was poison to his mind. He could stand it no more, he organized a uprising. The Government did not like someone rallying the native people and sent mercenaries after the rebel leader.

As he was fighting off the mercenaries, he was dumbfounded that his countrymen were not joining his rebellion in large numbers, didn't they know that the land was theirs?

The people had lost their will to fight, he was the last of the true Zulu warriors. The realization cut him deeply. He would go out and prove that he was the best warrior on the planet and find a suitable woman to start a new Zulu nation with.
