Rose's Pinoy Diner
It's small, it's got a homey atmosphere, it has great Pork Adobo and Fried Rice Omelets -- and it serves more parahumans meals every month than any institution not run by AEGIS. Rose Valencia is the owner, and her dutiful daughter Roseamie (Amy, Lady Ombra) is usually to be found in the kitchen or bussing tables when she's not at school.
