Meltdown

He was working on the shore as a fireman when the blast happened, he saw the flame and knew what to do. Boarding the ship and grabbing the fire suppression equipment he moved deeper and deeper into the ship. It was not till it was too late that he realized that the explosion came from the reactor and that was where he was heading. He was already contaminated and would die, he just wanted to do as much as he could to save everyone else.

The heat and fire were burning his flesh, he was getting a little light headed as he entered the destroyed reactor room. The reactor was split out and exposed to the elements, he knew that death was close. He started to try to get the situation under control, the fire was so hot it seemed to be burning his very soul. He looked up just in time to see a stream explosion vaporize a man and woman that came to help.

The pain finally stopped and knew death was at hand. But he did not die, so while he waited he continued to fight the fire, by using his massive hands to tear the reactor to pieces to keep it from exploding again.

He is now a living pile of molten slag, he tries to avoid melee combat and if ordered into combat, he will attack the strongest, most heavily armored opponent. He hates to think of what would happen to a less shielded opponent.
