The God of the Argi, who was behind the other Gods but nonetheless thinks himself well ready, lays down the rules to determine superiority. An Argi is to be rated above all on their intelligence, which determines their rank in society, according to tests Yesel has made. Beings of great intelligence of other factions are considered to not be "abominations" but "aberrations"- things which must be destroyed in the long run to prevent their race surviving and making a comeback, but things which are inherently good and to be respected even if they must ultimately be destroyed, and things which are saved if at all possible.
