Description
Your name is SABINE SOSUNOV, and when SBURB arrived in your mail box, you were a few days past your sixteenth birthday. You're not sure how old you are now, because time kinda...went weird? Better to say it all went out the window. You feel older than sixteen, but honestly, you didn't really get to spend much quality time with sixteen, because SBURB. And meteors, and Town being destroyed, and man you have got to stop this line of thought because you're gonna cry again. Start with Sosunov, okay? Go from there? Yeah. Nobody (including you) thought much about you being Sosunov, 'cause you didn't have the Gift. But you were fine with that! That let you do other things, that you liked! Like FLYING KITES - you got so good, you could cut other peoples' kites out of the sky! But you didn't like to do that, only when...yeah. And you love music, although you could be better with your CELLO. And then, at night, it was much more fun to stay up outside and talk to people! When they fell asleep, you liked to stare up at the STARS, and hum meaningless tunes to their slow dance across the sky. Speaking of playing with people - you love to MAKE BELIEVE, because becoming someone else, and watching "them" bloom, and watching other people become something more - that is awesome! Sometimes, though, you wonder if maybe you like the make-believe too much. Not because of meeting people! And doing cool things with them! But because...you have this nagging feeling that maybe, just maybe, you haven't opened yourself up in the same way you have with others, to realize INSIGHTS to give back to them. But then meteors! And Bad Stuff. And strife, absconding, long chats with friends to buck them up, and some epic thing - and then - and then -
