Sila is a member of the Brotherhood of Eight Rings. They're sort of an order of religious philosophers, dedicated most of all to change and freedom as positive forces. Without a proper counterbalance, systems become corrupt. Laws become oppression. Kings become tyrants. This is not only true for mortal societies but also on a cosmic and divine level. So think of her as here to help shake things up. Keep the powers that be on their toes and make life a little bit more interesting.
