Episode 1 - The Least Newsworthy Planet in the Outer Rim

On the way to their mission, the crew of the Longshot Hypothesis pick up a transmission ordering all available ships to Scarif. Too far away to be effective, they decide to stay on mission.

Recently taken over by the Empire, Arkoft is a former corporate world of pliant workers and flighty teenagers who dream of hitching a ride somewhere more exciting. The crew of the Longshot Hypothesis arrive on the planet with the mission of disrupting the manufacture of blasters and munitions, posing as one of the many trader crews who supply the food and supplies the planet can't provide for its population.

Their base is the Rat and Blaster, run by Ander Bose who is sympathetic to the cause but unwilling to put himself in the firing line. While Kaia, Icky, and Zalkan head out to scout the facility, Re'ikn and Kelsi stay behind with the droid R5. The others return to find them gone, having left a message that something has spooked them badly enough for Re'ikn to get Kelsi - a Force user - out. Using the information they've gathered between them, the remaining crew makes plans to hit the facility during the maintenance shift when it's quietest, and to use its own contents to carry out the mission.

In the meantime Crann arrives at the Rat and Blaster to activate sleeper agent Nyx, who has been posing as security at the local plant. Shortly afterwards slicer Keia Tamara arrives, having barely escaped when her partner betrayed her in an op gone wrong. Her presence complicates things: they arrive at the plant to discover the usually lazy governor has dispatched Stormtroopers to the facility.

Kaia and Icky head back to the ships to prepare a speedy exit, while the rest of the crew sneak into the facility in pairs, hoping to avoid the local security long enough to avoid doing harm. Keia and Nyx go ahead to find an alarm to trigger the evacuation of the facility. They find a console in the warehouse, along with a tech reluctantly fitting a restraining bolt to a loader droid. Impatient to begin, Nyx shoots the tec on stun, prompting the droid to attack. Fortunately Keia manages to trigger the evacuation and the droid, responding to its programming, abandons the fight and removes the tech to safety. Keia sets up the warehouse to explode, while Nyx heads to the neighbouring manufactory to sabotage the machines.

In the shadows outside, Crann and Zalkan see the Stormtroopers react to the sudden appearance of the droid. They move on the factory in time to see Nyx heading out. In the ensuing firefight, Kaia and Icky arrive just in time. Icky bombards the now-empty factory, while Kaia evacuates the crew.

They regroup with the Rebellion at Yavin 4 to find most of the fleet was destroyed at Scarif. Grand Admiral Thrawn somehow knew they were coming and laid a trap. The Rebellion is scattered, and about to become more so. Reeling from the shock of their defeat they abandon Yavin and prepare to rebuild.
