This character is almost an exact copy of Doctor Phineas Waldolf Steel. "People of Earth" was his third album, and the movement behind him is known as "Doctor Steel's Army of Toy Soldiers". As a member of the army, I can tell you that his name and insignia are copyrighted. I am in contact with the Doctor, and it is the request of both Doctor Steel and the Army of Toy Soldiers that links to his personal website and Myspace music page be included in the article, and that all who use this campaign setting thoroughly enjoy playing. - PfC Snickerdoodle
