I added to this list two episodes I named in my scenario Saving New Sunnich, one has a conflicting episode number though, if that happens how shall we decide which one gets changed?

Maybe claim that the glyphs the episode titles were translated from could be read in two different ways, each with a different meaning. This was part of the joke of the episode title, and is impossible to show the humour of it when translated. (Hurrah for strange explanations)

Of course it could be the difference between the OAV episode numbers, and the rebroadcast episode numbers. There is room for a lot of different explanations as the lists fill up. Right now, though, the list is short and has lots of gaps, which is why I mentioned renumbering as an option.
