The Blighted Land

This realm is a very active realm and has taken quite a lot of damage as a round of wars have permanently disfigured the world. The United States is comprised of a loose association of Prefectures subdivided into smaller states. The Federal Government controls the navy of the combined states, the Federal Prison, and to some degree the military and the Center for Disease Control and Management for the various Prefectures. Beyond that the Federal Government has little control over the member prefectures.
