"Duke" Androb is the self-proclaimed "owner" of no man's land, and leader of a band of smugglers based there. The party encountered him on their first day of exploration. Azure Sky, on watch on that first night saw half a dozen of what must have been Androb's men crossing the bridge from the other side of the river into no man's land. Next day the party and Androb agreed an indefinite truce, despite Barstuhl's strenuous warnings.
