Hannibal King
Private Investigator, originally located in Chicago, IL. King was eventually revealed to be one of the Nightsiders - or "The People" as they then termed themselves. King was instrumental in putting together the Nightsider Treaty with Carl Ellis, and played a early but pivotal part in the transfiguration of Hannelore Rhyner into the principal of Salvation -- and her subsequent elevation to leadership of the new Nightsider (Fae) society, and afterward Queen of the Seelie Court.
