Colonel, U. S. Army. Becker is the Army's go-to guy responsible for defending against Outsider incursions on U.S. soil. Ryan is the brother of Cecil Becker, now residing in England.
Becker was in charge of the army detachment during the New York Incursion on 19 October 1932.
