Vibron

He was working for the CIA on a vibration projector, why the CIA wanted it was beyond him. They were paying him good and so he did not ask too many questions.

The first test was a disaster. The projector overloaded and the focus crystal was slightly off center. The result was not just an explosion, but a non-focused vibration beam that overloaded and found a target in the nearest scientist.

The rubble from the explosion did not confine him as one would think. He learned that he could walk though the rubble. The projector had made his body vibrate at an incredible speed.

All was not rosy though, with his body in perpetual motion, he was unable to socialize with the rest of society. Soon he was without a job, without a wife and without money.

He turned to crime, as those that hire Supervillains don't care about their condition, just results. With his powers, results were easy to come by
