A player character in Victorian Justice League: A Tale of Two Cities.

From his past life, "Victor" only remembers his first name. Every other memories has been taken away when a mad scientist, disgusted by the Industrial Revolution and the changes it brought, experimented on him to create the perfect countermeasure: a superhuman capable of resisting and destroying any semblance of modernity. Although Power wise, the experiment succeeded, the mad scientist died during it, and "Victor" was left alone, scrambling for informations on who - or what - he was. Having met several superhumans like him, "Victor", finally found everything he needed. Informations. Deciding his future. A purpose.
