WtHQM:Dr. Balthazar
An NPC in Welcome to Holy Question Mark, a campaign set in the Amberverse using modified Lords of Gossamer and Shadow rules.
Dr. Nicholas Balthazar[edit]
Dr. Balthazar is the Headmaster of the Socinian Institute of New York, having been appointed to that position by the school's Board of Trustees in 2006 when the previous Headmaster retired. He lives in a suite on the top floor of East Tower, usually dines in the refectory with the students, and is by most accounts a pretty nice guy.
During the Big Reveal, it came out that Dr. Balthazar is probably the most powerful sorcerer on Earth, and sometimes channels a woman from another world named Vialle, whom he refers to as an angel despite knowing it technically isn't true. He gathered the PCs (and Penn and BC) together to save Earth from the monsters.
