Yeoman

He was constructed as the police officer of the future, he was programmed with police files and laws and equipped with the weapons to do his job. It was decided that he would ride around with a living officer to "learn the beat"

He was a great success, with his shear power he was able to breach doors in no time and with his enhanced speed nobody ran away form him with any success. This is until he tracked a purse snatcher into a rural area. The criminal climbed up an electric power tower. This was not going to work, as he was capable of climbing as well.

There was a blinding flash of light and a loud boom when the criminal tried to jump to the ground, the Yeoman reached out and grabbed him mid-jump, the mans body swung down and into the power lines, the electrical shock traveled from the criminal and into the Yeoman, most of his memory was destroyed. What was left is now a mercenary with only the most basic of skills.
