The Ain Rai Collective

One of the oldest sentient races remaining in the galaxy the Ain Rai are known to have life spans as long as six complete galactic cycles. Their bodies are composed primarily of silicate crystal structures, including organ tissue. They are also known to be one of the most malevolent. The Ain Rai claim responsibility for abductions and transplantations for more than ten thousand species, with at least three sentient races included. Most Ain Rai are currently held in penal stasis cells, however the Ain Rai home world (54.312.874.XH) adamantly resists Galactic Federation involvement. Ain Rai ships have been known to attack without provocation.
