"The missionary in charge of converting the warriors of Iocanthos to worship of the God-Emperor has asked for Inquisitorial assistance in the run-up to his cathedral’s consecration. Strange events have been reported in the area that could be connected to the warp.
"I have already dispatched a senior agent to Iocanthos to begin an investigation. You will follow and observe the consecration itself, and assist in the investigation in any way necessary"

After Action Report[edit]
Both the Seer Aristarchus (a trusted agent of my personal circle), and Abbot Skae (who fell to heresy and warp-taint), were killed in the run-up to the consecration. Although the consecration was delayed for a year, it appears that the local war-lord has remained in the Imperial Faith.
Further Ecclesiarchy teams have been dispatched to attempt to rebuild Stern Hope and maintain the advances that Abbot Skae accomplished before his fall. My requests into why the consecration teams weren’t dispatched sooner have not been answered yet.
