Mirumoto Genji: His mother was a Scorpion and when he was young he was as handsome as any Bayushi but decades of hard, mountain living and dozens of battles have left him scarred and scowling (APP 7). He is Vengeful.
Minor Officials[edit]
Kitsuki Hitomi: A sharp-eyed Clan Magistrate, she is surprisingly Worldly for a Dragon.
Agasha Taka: One of the most skilled creators of fireworks in the Dragon Clan. The other clans are suspicious of why she is here. Her voice is quiet and her wisdom is revered by the others of her delegation though she herself is too Modest to claim such.
