299 ounces of gold coins:  similar to above  (gold generally translates to silver at 10:1 to 25:1, depending on location, current value, etc.)

a silver ring:  weighs 12 ounces but is probably worth more as jewelry, if you can find a buyer

a gold chain with a set amethyst:  gold amount is probably 3-4X the bracelet, plus the gem, but there's no way to know for certain without separating them
