A member of the aristocracy from a mid-level family. Now a pretty run-of-the-mill Constable under Justicar Vienne. He also acts as the local officer in charge of his family's anvil battalion, the Hitton Hussars.  He tries to be a good man, but he is a product of the system. Mostly he spends his time at sports, gambling and cultural pursuits though not to excess at any particular vice.
