==Intro==
The European countries rule over global empires., bound together by the iron bands of the railroad, and the thrumming engine of the steamship.  Armies march and good travail from one end of the world to the other.  But behind these engines of empire lie the Engenier Families, who have paid in blood and sanity to pry forth secrets not meant for man.  In wars secret and open they struggle against one another a harmony to the cresendo that is the struggles of empire. They live in a web of loyalty and deception.  The fight for survival is one of broken promises and crushed ambitions.  They wield secrets of men and secrets of God.

On one of the great transportation vessels that cover the globe, some one has been marked for death. Have you been hired as there guard or their assassin.  Or do you simply need something they have, what webs of conspireicy bound you to your death and can you avoid the twisting paths.

==Character Creation==

Character Creation takes place in stages. Also each player will end up producing 2-4 characters at a time.

Roles and powers are drafted among the players.

(There is no clear GM/Player distinction in this game places and setting elements are drafted just like players are.)
