Rattalus “Little Rat” Graccus may have been born with the body of a midget, but he has the ambition of an emperor.  Tiring of the Centralian village in which his genius went for so long unrecognized, Rattalus took his leave when he discovered his great, latent magical powers, and went out into the world to seek wealth and greatness.  Throwing off the false bonds of Lawfulness that keep lesser beings in check, he embraced the ways of Chaos and grew a black goatee.
