==Appearance==
===Normal===
165cm (5'4") tall and has a slight curvy build but very athletic. Her skin is tanned and her hair is a very dark brown that falls to mid back. She keeps it in a tight braid at all times with a dark green ribbon woven into it. Her eyes are a bright spring green.

===Magical Girl===
When she changes to her MaShou form, her hair falls out of her braid and floats freely about her head as if its in a light breeze, but it never impedes her sight or movement. Her eyes become fully emerald green with no pupil or whites. Her outfit is a breastplate that looks like a series of leaves in a scale pattern wrapping around her torso, upper arms, throat and shoulders. They are mostly green with the edges of the armor turning into the colors of autumn. She also wears fingerless green gloves, a black flowing skirt and blouse with black flat heeled over knee boots.

==Personality==
Akari is polite and personable with a perky, sociable attitude but doesn't really open up to others. She has many acquaintances but almost no friends. She is friendly to most of her classmates but never very close. There are some who want to get closer to her but she keeps all at arms length. When by herself or with those few she trusts completely, she has a world weary, cynical attitude. She feels more at ease out in the open spaces of the woods and fields of the parks and outlying areas, but is fine with the built up urban areas. Her one so called vice is that she loves to play CCG's of all types, and she plays them with a no mercy but an honorable attitude.

===Why did you make the Pact?===
Because Akari has been trained almost from when she could crawl to become what her Family calls a Magical Defender. The 1st born female child of each generation in her family have always been trained to take the Pact for over 600 years. There are reams of scrolls and volumes of books about the creatures that her Family has battled down over the centuries. There has always been a Hanakaze defending the people from supernatural creatures and now it's Akari's time to take up the mantle and defend the World.

===What is your wish?===
At this time Akari does not have a wish. But that may change.

===Crisis===
Akari has been a MaShou for going on 3 years now, but to her it feels like she's been battling forever. She found out 3 months ago that some of the celebrations that her family held when she passed a milestone in her training, where actually rituals that bound part of a spirit from one of her MaShou ancestors. When she found that out it angered her at first that they didn't think that she wasn't strong enough on her own. There are times that she feels a weight of time and that reflects in her world weariness, but she plans to continue to battle as long as she draws breath so she can show her family that she doesn't need the aid from her ancestors and they remove the spirits.

* 1; Momo, Melee Weapon Trained; Quiet, Wise, but with a sly sense of humor. Tries to be very firm with the others. Likes Akari like a daughter or granddaughter. 
* 2; Miho, Priestess; Bubbly, perky, happy chatterbox. Likes using the latest slang, but usually wrong(like Ziva in NCIS) Thinks of Akari as a sister.
* 3; Shimiko, Spirits; Quietly Boastful of her prowess, somewhat snooty, very know it all. Speaks in polished style at all times. Is annoyed with Akari and treats her like a student or servant. Is very afraid of Momo.
* 4; Rin, Hand to Hand combat trained; Taciturn, speaks in a gruff low when she talks, but has a habit of stuttering in a high pitched tone when in combat, excited or stressed. Likes Akari like a younger sister, but can get exasperated with her.
* 5: Nanako, Magic; Calm, Serene, Peaceful, speaks in a slight English accent. Gets twitchy and talks very fast in run on sentences when stressed or excited. Likes Akari as a family member, but tries not to get too close to her.
