Go to the Complete System page.
Click on Printable Version in the toolbox beneath the navigation options and the search form in the left column of the page.
Copy the HTML or save the page and open it in your favorite word processor.
Adjust the settings in the word processor for the book format you want.
Avoid copying or remove the "Mano a Mano:Complete System" title and the introduction that follows it.
You may want to avoid copying, remove or improve the wiki-generated table of contents.
Avoid copying or remove the footer at the bottom of the page
You may need to remove the [edit] links from each section. Your word processor's Find and Replace tool can be used to replace all the occurrences of the phrase "[edit]" with nothing.
Fix anything else that doesn't look good.
Copy the Front Cover and Title Page to the beginning of your word processor document.
Copy the Back Cover to the end of the document.
Use the Printable Version link with these pages as you did with the complete system.
Avoid copying or remove the title and footer from the covers and title page.
Now you have the whole system ready for printing, exporting to PDF, and so forth.
