  1. Go to the Mano a Mano:Book page.
  2. Click on Printable Version in the toolbox beneath the navigation options and search form in the left column of the page.
  3. Save the page and open it in your favorite word processor. (This usually works better than copying and pasting
  4. Remove the heading which begins with Mano a Mano:Book and ends with Jump to: navigation, search
  5. Remove the footer which which begins with Retrieved from "http://wiki.rpg.net/index.php/Mano_a_Mano:Book".
  6. Adjust the settings in the word processor for the book format you want.
  7. Fix anything that doesn't look good.
    • Modifying styles is usually easier than selecting and changing the font settings of individual paragraphs.
    • Tables are usually the wrong size and need manual adjusting
