Fallen Angel of Wine, Night and Luxury A massive gathering of floating coins that can manifest her actual body, it is few by the River of Gold and Silver that goes through her Chancel. Not at all a nice lady, her very touch spreads pain and suffering, one of the main reasons the Fallen sent her up to Earth. She has been convinced to come to the party of the PCs and their Imperator, in exchange for there being Ambrosia for her Nobles.
She cares very deeply about spreading the ideals of Hell to every part of Creation, and will torture anyone she can, be they Imperator, Noble of mortal.
His Excellency
Magister of Light, Imperator of Harlequins, Letters and Travel He has nothing but a title, having given up his name in exchange for the future of humanity.
