If you have D20 characters already created that you would like to convert to use with NWoD Fantasy, a good place to start is with their attributes.
For characters and/or monsters with scores above 8 the following seems to work quite well:

| 41-45 | 11 |
For scores below 8 things get trickier. This page is a work in progress. Please add to it if you have good ideas. ;-)
