Lesley "Cooper" Wall, a.k.a John Fenwick, is a big man, tough and unschooled. He has a penchant for alcohol, loose women, and gambling, only one of which he has much success with. He is crude, but on occasion surprisingly reflective and thoughtful. He isn't like to hold a grudge, and generally considers all conflicts to be "just business." He doesn't take gruff from people who want it to be more than that.
Cooper left the Summer's Gift when the plan was to chase Calico Jack across the Verse. However, having run into some trouble on Rockhaven Waypoint, he rejoined his old crewmates aboard the Mei Mei.
