My pitch is hopefully pretty simple: a group of low-level metas who love the idea of superheroing band together to protect their favorite borough. Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you "Brooklyn's Finest!"
Who are they? Where did they get their power? Just exactly what menaces the borough of Brooklyn? How do they interface with the police, and other high-level meta teams and orgs? And what the hell do the Bronx Bombers have to do with anything?
