- When a command word is spoke and the scarab is visible, all those within 2" must save vs. spells at -2 or go completely insane for 8+1d4 Rounds. Those insane are unable to cast spells or use reasoning. This is similar to a Confusion spell. The scarab has 8+1d8 charges.
