Chiyoko transfered to school in Shinohara from another city at the beginning of the 2nd year of high school. She keeps mostly to herself and seems to have a quiet intensity to her. She'll respond politely if people talk to her, but she won't do anything to keep the conversation going. She's not a member of any clubs, and leaves school as soon as she can each day.

Besides that, she's a little odd. She has very pale blond hair, but doesn't seem to bleach it. But her most noticeable feature might be her blood red eyes. She doesn't seem to wear colored contacts, otherwise the teachers would have made her remove them. When she's spotted around town outside of school hours, she seems to prefer gothic lolita fashions, mainly black dresses.
