The Domain has befriended a powerful and ardent elven Creed, one that teaches a martial engagement with the world. While these philosopher-knights may espouse strange and unsettling principles, their value as warriors is unquestioned. The Domain may recruit elven military units, and these units lose the Scarce quality. The Rare quality remains, however.
