Lady Zo'isi Thulia

Zo’isi Thulia marked herself as one of Palpatine’s favorites early on for her embrace of the Dark Side. Always eager to learn more, she often worked with Arica Nephrix and Mas Amedda in collecting Sith artifacts and bits of lost lore. When the Emperor died, she followed Amedda into the orbit of Phedrik Tarkin and has since made herself something of an eminence grise, and the prime candidate for future avenging Empress.

Lady Shira Brie

Shira Brie was first brought to the Emperor’s attention by Lord Vader, who discovered her talents during his hunt for Luke Skywalker after the Battle of Yavin. She served as one of Vader’s agents and received some training from him before her services were given to Vader’s own master; that early tutelage still shows itself in her brutal approach to lightsaber combat.

Colonel Viktr Techt

A Royal Guard who had been rotated into frontline service when the Battle of Endor occurred, Viktr Techt attached himself to Phedrik Tarkin. He now commands the True Empire's elite forces, including a number of other former Royal Guards. Techt and his fellow guards have discarded their pure red armor in favor of chrome-plated stormtrooper armor, at least until such time as Phedrik actually becomes Emperor, but they have retained their cloaks, converting them into dramatic black-edged mourning capes.
