Garos'thuja, endemic to Shaema, are one of it's most significant inhabitants. These mammoth trees grow to be up to 110 meters tall and are thick enough to support entire tribes on their branches. Most non-aquatic Shaema Inhabitants have interwoven their existence with the trees. Disputes over the rights for the best homes are often a cause of inter-tribe feuds.
Some races live in dead Garos'thuja. Some even kill the tree themselves while carving out rooms in the trunk. In Shaema those races are considered "lesser" and are ruthlessly hunted down when found near other tribes' territory.
