This allows the user to run over the named terrain as if it were normal dry land. The user incurs no movement penalties when runing over the specified terrain.
- Teaches the skill
- Avoid enemies Dex+Int . This is the skill of avoiding enemies who are in the area. Success in the skill means the user can avoid general enemies nearby. A special success means the user can avoid the enemies even when they are very close. A critical success means the user can virtually avoid enemies who are standing next to him. A fumble means the user is found by the enemies.
