The dirt walls are covered with pebbles and florescent shells. The surface is also dotted by a few buildings that need large furnaces, like workshops, labs and distilleries. Underground they would use too much air and make too much smoke.

Mal'rock is a village centered around, and on a garos'thuja tree. The inhabitants make no distinction of the two and refer to both tree and village as Mal'rock. Wherein the surrounding land seems to be devoured by the waters, the Trees' roots allow for an area higher and drier. Here a tribe of gnomes dug their burrows centuries ago, and mouslings made a home out of the thick branches.
Ekonomija
Mal'roc proizvodi svoj novac od školjaka - Mal'rocanska Malka. Jedna tradicionalno vrijedi 90 zrna sive riže. Plava Malka dolazi od veće vrste mekušca i vrijedi 270 zrna.

(Sonia and Leifa are bar maids in Jabu's employ. Sonia is a Shaema human with characteristic dark hair and brown skin. Leifa is an elf, a head shorter than Sonia, with red hair and tan skin. Despite these obvious differences locals refer to them as sisters. Their attitudes are the same. Both have permanent scowls and little patience for both their uncaring boss or their rowdy customers.)
