Spacer's Package biosculpt
Minor biosculpting means "superficial biosculpting" from Polychrome. Basically plastic surgery. Vincent's is sort of picky about what they will and won't do, in-line with their ideas about how a gentleperson should comport themselves. However, one of their options is a "Spacer package," which costs 3,000 credits and has no system strain. This is functionally identical to the Clean Metabolism mod in Eclipse Phase.
Essentially, you stay clean on your own. You produce no body odor, bodily excretions are minimized, you don't get dermal infections of bacteria, fungus, or yeast, no dental infections or cavities, you don't get bad breath, etc.
