Blackbriar, located along the Kettanish river, in the southwestern borders of Ethir within the World Tree campaign. Secluded from many of the cities within Ethir, Blackbriar takes advantage of the large untouched amount of land to raise cattle and produce, supplying Daerum, Thal, and Waterbright with food and natural resources.
