Thrice-Radiant Ping
Background
Thrice-Radiant Ping has been a ward of the state for as long as she can remember. It is an uncommon status for an orphan, as she has a government official directly responsible for her well-being.
Appearance
Ebon black hair cut collar-length frame eyes the color of green jade. Her features and physique are toned through constant exercise. She fills out the uniform of the school without modification and keeps it in good condition (clothes cost money!) She is often caught with a defiant glint in her eye.
(The art of her is from the manga Black Cat, written by Kentaro Yabuki. I don't own it etc.)
