Lex Luthor has started the "Everyman Project" that allows ordinary citizens to get super-powers. Now everyone can be a superhero!
In this pannel, robots and pirates have attacked Metropolis, and a group of new, inexperienced "superheroes" leap into action, trying out their spiffy new powers.
Things don't turn out very well.
